I thought NPP said it was not going to borrow... 419 government!!!
they borrow smarter... they've extended out the curve by at least 12 yrs and paid the lower interest rates. they're also callable... brilliant
They came complaining about Ghana not having money and cutting taxes, yet they are borrowing heavily already? NPP is highly incomptetent!
