    April fool ghana does not import exercise books only textbooks. Exercise books are printed in Ghana.

    Someone doesn't know what he's talking about. You can't do that. Ours is a democracy and also locked in a crazy global trade system that is decidedly against our interests. Minister, please talk to your technocrats.

    nobody is saying that they can not import books from China but that the government will not buy imported goods! are you saying the government is breaking a trade rule by refusing to buy imported books?
