The STC collapsed under the NPP because of such cheap propaganda and interference. Today, after Mr Nuamah Donkor has worked hard under the Mahama government to bring this company back to life, we are again witnessing the same interference. The management of the company, through government guarantee, had borrowed money from the banks to purchase the buses and are expected to pay these loans with interest over time. This is so also for the Ayalolo buses, and I can bet that these companies will collapse with huge debts and liabilities if they are not slower to operate independently on sound economic and industry practices. The NPP government has so far bitten so much, and continue to bite more than they can chew. I can only hope that they don't get chocked too early. Time will surely tell.
