Admittedly l enjoyed the domedo story
I started feeling hungry when l was reading the Pino aspect, as it reminds me of my childhood days at Keta, where you could get this meal for a few pennies in the 60's

Incidentally, perhaps if approached, women-focused financial services entities such as Women's World Banking could help arrange to have more traditional-style ovens built by the Building and Road Research Institute (BRRI) of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) or GRATIS, for Auntie Sophie and her family to expand the business.

And farsighted, innovative real estate developers such as Devtraco might offer her land to open pork-themed restaurants in the gated communities they build, if approached by Auntie Sophie. Best of luck to her!
