HOW MAHAMA AND SIBLINGS RAPED GHANA
Action Movement of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused the former first lady, Lordina Mahama and the siblings of former President John Mahama of being the cause of NDC defeat in the 2016 elections. The spokesperson of the group, Kodzo Hamenya Keglo speaking at the Ghana International Press Centre said “while JM was preaching made in Ghana goods (such as shoes, batik and locally made clothes), the wife was doing the opposite by printing T Shirts from China which is a huge disappointment for Ghanaian printing companies. The 20 million pieces of T Shirts JM’s wife printed from China, could have been shared to party members to print them locally and would have created a lot of jobs for Ghanaians.”
JM’s brothers are the main reason why we lost the 2016 elections, collecting all contracts from Airport, Roads, Cocoa Board, GNPC, ECG , VRA, Ministry of Power and all major contracts in the country.“If you don’t see JM brothers, you cannot get a contract and if you see them, then you have to pay money before you get the contract, frustrating foreign contractors and companies by taking Ghanaian contractors for granted and creating enemies for the NDC party,”

Professor I think we Ghanaian should know it ourselves that Galamsey does a lot of harm to our environment and ourselves eventually. We do not need Ivory Coast to teach us this basic lesson. We need to stop these practices but we also need to help these operators find some alternative programmes to earn a living. This is a complex issue and it needs a sustainable solution.

Yes, the Ivorians have every right to protest the pollution of their Water by idiots who are stuck with Galamsey in Ghana, and be angry at the Ghanaian Government for its gross negligence to allow the activity to continue.
If we, in Ghana, would be so stupid as to ignore the worsening quality of our Drinking Water, the Ivorians, who share the natural right with us to drink the same Water, have every right to argue for the security of their Water.
And if Ghana does not shape up to stop that insane, chaotic, and insensitive quest for Gold at the risk of endangering the lives of other Millions of people, she could be sued by the Ivory Coast.
In fact, this is just the tip of the iceberg of impending international conflicts on Water resources emanating from both such wanton destruction of our environment and Global Climate change.
If the NPP Administration of Akufo-Addo leadership is any astute as it would have the World to believe, it must wage War on Galamsey and the destruction of our Forests. Else, it must prepare Ghana for eventual clash with the Ivorians.
In fact, we would not like it if the Ivorians and Burkinabe chose to contaminate the headwaters of the Volta River that are located on their land. So, we must reciprocate the gesture of protecting the Volta's Headwaters by protecting all Water bodies that flow over our Land and into the Ivory Coast and other neighboring areas, too.

We are duty bound to secure proper ways of gaining wealth, and vehemently reject the damaging and criminal ways to do so.
Our various Governments are reported to have looked away when the unemployed rushed to engage in Galamsey, with the help of some foreigners in some cases, because the Government did not want to rattle the honest nest of busting the unemployment reduction bucket that Galamsey serves partially for.
But are we getting any significant net value from the activities involved in Galamsey, given the extent of pollution and clandestine expatriation of our Gold without due tariffs that it entails?
Now, we risk going to War with our longtime sisterly neighbor, the Ivory Coast, because of that illegal and most devastating environmental behavior we call Galamsey. Is it worth it?
We must rise up to courageously deal with our plight of unemployment in a more sensible way, instead of silently allowing it to be only minutely taken care of by the ignominious and inimical Galamsey.
Long Live Ghana!!!

Let's see how NADAA and his 110 Dalmatians are going to fare; let's give them some time.
I love this Galamsey PR that the govt is waging. Lots of Kudos to the Prof and Amewu. WE MUST, AND SHALL WIN THIS GALAMSEY WAR!! We need to 'festina lente' though, since Galamsey is also about the livelihoods of a significant portion of the citizenry. A lil bit of jaw-jaw, and a whole lot of ENFORCEMENT may do the job.

By the way, all I have ever wanted for the Nation is a more competent, truly patriotic and selfless leadership, unlike many we have had in the past to screw us up.
And I had to draw on past historical accounts of how Politicians performed in their previous Offices in Government to guide my judgment of their future performance would look like. Nothing personal.
Thanks, again.
