  So the list is made up entirely of party footsoldiers and affiliates. What about ordinary indigenes of those districts who are otherwise qualified to serve in the same capacity? Or simple NPP sympathisers? Must politics always be a game of jobs for the boys?
  
  Ghana must wake up - we can do better than just use these critical positions to reward party footsoldiers.
  
  I know some may disagree, but think about it - we need the best men to be put forward to deliver.

  Is it 419? You published that the President, Nana Addo will name the MMDCEs today. We were anxious to listen but it did not happen. Do tell us something else we will conclude you are not credible.
