    He was busy building infrastructure - the community SHS - and sorting out the problems in our education system, including schools under trees.

    He is best placed to support the motion.

    I fully agree with the comments of the MP against any interference of the government the Scholarship Secretariat. Certainly the secretariat should be governed by independent intellectuals and good administrators.
