He even didnt go to abroad to get more knowledge in coaching. Akwasi appiah doesnt have the pedigree to convince a ghanaians who were born abroad to naturalise for Ghana and never played abroad. I dont think he is the right choice.

While he's waiting to start with Ghana he can apply to start the B course. It takes about 7 practical days. You may need a first aid license which can also be acquired in a day here in England. After he gets the B license, he ...

While he's waiting to start with Ghana he can apply to start the B course. It takes about 7 practical days. You may need a first aid license which can also be acquired in a day here in England. After he gets the B license, he can then do the A license when he gets the time. After the A license which can also be acquired in a short time, he can then move on to the UEFA PRO LICENSE which is the top license for national team coaches.

He is not going to be coaching an european team, so maybe CAF should come up with their own licencing crietria. Learn and copy from europe, but no need to continiuosly feeding it, while there is no real structure for African ...

The problem with this appointment is the lack of qualification. When the job was first offered to him I said if he was smart he would bring a good trainer and someone who can psychologically work with the players. We did not advance in the last world cup because he couldn't make adjustments as the game was going on. He looked lost on the sideline. It is very easy to say I am in charge and I know it all but the best coaches are the ones who know and understand their limitations. Even teachers in the classroom learn from their students
