If it was that easy wouldnt your grandfather have left your dad with a company at least and your father getting group of companies at least and getting ready to hand over to you? Or won't everyone be an entrepreneur in Ghana. Let me ask you how many business have you started on your own or how many companies does your father own? Not here in Germany! Even those having obtained vocational training which is a high qualified degree over here wont work there unless this is the profession they learnt. Moreover by being a professional in these areas they wont have to hustle but get a decent payment. Most graduates here also have the mindet that they wont work even for a medium sized company it must be a multinational.

Some people cannot do just any job.

I have lived in Hamburg and I attest that I worked as a cleaner with two guys who obtained their accounting and computer science degrees from Hamburg university but were cleaners on my shift. They spoke the language fluently so that wasn't a barrier. One if the most accomplished Ghanaian doctors in the USA arrived with his degree but had to work as a cleaner in Harlem hospital. Some of the big business owners in America today started a small business out of frustration of not getting a job after grad school. The story of this young man in Ghana is encouraging and gives hope to the hopeless. God bless him.

Don't get me wrong there's nothing with cleaning, but to graduate from a reputable institution like KNUST only to end up as a cleaner is regrettable .Young man thank Allah you have good parents. Allah will bless them. My problem is with the folks at the top who cares only for their own. In Ghana today if you don't have anyone at the top to help you out you will suffer and no one cares no matter how brilliant you are but remember Allah is watching you wicked leaders.

In the past couple of years I had formed an opinion that young people in Ghana desire to get to the top of the social ladder without working for it. Lemuel Nsiah's story is unique and has forced me to revise my thinking. Yet we cannot generalize from one case; hopefully this story will inspire a whole lot of young Ghanaians to revise their attitudes as well.
It appears Nsiah benefitted from good home training and family support when he needed it the most. We cannot forget about his faith through prayers.

I spoke to a friend whose mum had a textile retail shop at Makola. The mum agreed for her to work at the shop as a helping hand for 3 months over the holidays. I thought this was a big opportunity for her to subsidise her school knowledge with a practical retail experience and be paid at the same time. Guess what she turned the opportunity down.

I couldn't understand why. It was my big sister who cautioned me to be careful with family people least they accuse me of wishing for the downfall of their KNUST daughter, wishing her to end up as a Makola woman with her KNUST degree. Case closed!

the tall/long window glasses or Show Case from the outside the Store or sidewalks, in a busy top class area in the City, with a very high frequency of tourist.At another Branch, serveral blocks away in the same area, another mopped or cleaned the floor getting to the close of day.The lesson learnt is that Academic Degree is not a Dress- (Suit) or a badge or a Sash, which prohibit one's capability to do any Job apart from Criminal activities to earn a living.Folks,please take down the academic Coat to move forward. And put it on,at the appropriate time.
