Walk through the streets of our big cities, and you would see scores of people trying to ply their trade under the scotching sun and the blistering winds, amidst down pour of rain, only to earn some paltry 5 or 10 Ghana cedis to feed a whole family. And if such people complain of hardship, we have this good for nothing idiot of an MP telling them they are lazy? I mean let tis nincompoop tell us his plans to offer the multitude of unemployed graduates on the streets some job to do. Foolish man

I remember very well that Kuffuor said the same thing, and Mahama, just before the last elections, also said something very similar. Ironically, the former two leaders said it towards the end of their administrations, when they thought they had done all that they could and had probably run out of ideas. So for some members of the NPP to start saying this just 3 months into their term tells you how incompetent the current government is. But this is what Ghanaians deserve. They pass power between two incompetent parties and they call it change. Until we get another Kwame Nkrumah, we can only dream of what we want our dear nation to be, that dream will never come to pass.
