  Europeans continue to use 20yrs old vehicles though they manufacture vehicles but Africans ban such vehicles. Why?
  We should use any means available to provide electricity for our people. Those who really pose climate risk the more don't even bother, so why must Africa? Donald Trump even pretends to believe climate change is a hoax and we are here fooling ourselves. Sadly sad.
