Some of you should not be alarmed by the number of personnel, the position or the word "Deputy Minister," or the Salary that goes with it should not Scare you.One needed to be an office worker to appreciate the load of Work in majority of the Offices.First, why do you think an Office worker is on Salary and the Factory or any other worker is paid by Wages.The reason is that, Factory and any other Job end at the Close of Work.That means,there's no way a worker in that Category who was absent from work would do the previous day's work. The Office Job piles up for as long as the Job is not done. Therefore, whoever is assigned to work on it Starts from the number of months or years it's been idle to date.Therefore, I will not be Surprised if a place like the Ministry of Finance need more than the Deputy Ministers. Say,4 or and Supporting Staff(I did not say the job there is in arrears.To be continued.
