Since this is a misdemeanor, I would ask the victims to consider an out of court settlement. The settlement should be large enough to compensate the victim for the abuse.

I will like to get to the very bottom of this case for several reasons.The most important being that Ghanaians must not be left in a state of doubt about how the law is applied to people of non African descent.We don't want people losing total confidence in the justice system to a point where they take the law into their own hands in future incidents.It is in the interest of everybody that the case is allowed to go through it's natural path until a lawful verdict is arrived.
