He definitely gave the chunk of the loot to the corrupt government officials who facilitated the payout. So I suggest that Woyome should shelve his bravado and cut a deal with this administration and name whoever was involved or took a share of the payola and in return be granted immunity of prosecution and settlement of the debt. Then the government should also prosecute these corrupt officials and let them pay whatever they got from the tainted largess with interest.

The International Court is setup to adjudicate cases involving nations and not Lord itself over a sovereign nation in peaceful times.

Go ahead guys and corrupt these African leaders and then turn around and pity poor African countries. Woyome is as guilty as anything Ghanaians know.
