Ken Agyapong should get it right,he did not support them to violently attack the court but said the party should consult widely before some appointments re made.so the media shouldn't twist the matter.The Asante regional police commander can not say they didn't see it coming,what brought about the prosecution of the group in the first place?a good police officer is the one who anticipates problems and puts measures in place to prevent them.I don't think he should resign but he can not also behave like this,what was he thinking?even the IGP has failed,we should extend the blame to the BNI too because they also ve a regional intelligence,we re a bunch of lazy people who only think about the powers of arrest and charges when people go wrong.The court should've granted them bail and all this nonsense could've been avoided,if our police and court use remand to punish suspects this is what happens,the judge could've been disgrace beyond repairs.Such case can also be referred to the ADR system without seeking to Inprison them.
