Why is Ken Agyapong acting like a spoiled, arrogant teenager? He seems to be embittered for not getting any conspicuously high level appointment in the Akufo-Addo Administration, and is taking it out on the likes of Kan-Dapaah and Ken Attafuah, who are most competent and level-headed Officials.

I know he would deny ever being begrudging of and angry at the new Administration but what else could explain his villainous vituperation and instigation of violence by these thugs?

If Ken claims to be so sympathetic towards the Vigilantes that the NPP has not helped them much after winning the Elections, why doesn't he set up a large Business to employ all of them?

He seems to be ignoring the realism that much of the Campaign promises the Politicians, including him, make to their followers often fade away with the Elections.

The Government does not have a total Power to blatantly disregard requisite qualifications for various jobs, and just appoint unqualified Party foot-soldiers into vital positions. Besides, as much as the President might want to do so, there are limits as to how many positions he could create to push his cronies and other supporters in.

We have already witnessed the Public rage on the large number of Ministerial appointments he has made. Why would he risk further Public vitriol with some wholesale job offers to these thuggish Vigilantes?

Even if the Administration would want to find these thugs jobs, it would take longer than now to create those jobs. And these folks do not seem to have the patience to wait a little longer. Ken Agyapong should know that, in his capacity as MP. And that explains why I think he is backing the Vigilantes out of sheer bitterness against the Administration. Folks must not let his flaky admiration for Akufo-Addo fool them.

My advise to Kennedy Agyapong is that he seems to be talking too much and the effect on the gov't and the party he serves is very worrying. Just recently he 'misfired' when he mentioned NIA had given contract to NDC people. He was furious and even 'insulted' the head of NIA - but this proved to be false. He must be very careful 'cos those giving him information and documents can ditch him. I'm losing my admiration for him of late because his actions and utterances are detrimental to NPP. Kennedy has every right to speak his mind, but he must be circumspect. He must know that he is one person and should never think he is not the embodiment of knowledge. he must ask himself who benefits from his utterances? He is not the only person who has toiled for the party. There are some others who have equally contributed but are quiet and helping the party to succeed. Open talk does not mean you have wash your dirty lining in public Kennedy. Please SHUT UP!!! Help the party and gov't to progress and not retrogress. The masses expect the Nana administration to deliver and since you profess to respect Nana, you must not do anything that will 'stab him in the back'. Thank You.
