  The ECG officials either they feared NDC or they are in NDC uniform always. When did they realize the debt and now that they are cutting off their light. They hae to know that the electricity is used to provide light to store the vaccines for the children in the ciommunities and I belief they have children who are due for immunization. I will bounce back to affect their children and families. Before you know they have taken money undercover from individual homes and left them. SHAME UNTO THEM

  ECG. Is supposed to submit bills every month but they will wait and pile the bills. This is their behaviour. Just give all consumers prepaid meters.
