If a woman is allegedly beaten with sugarcane by a policeman (law enforcer) and the only comment you can make is this, then you are sn accomplice and highly uncivilized

The police officer should accept that he acted unprofessionally.

They need to attend workshops/training continuously... It's only the officers who upgrade/attend courses.
