The NDC should never be the party to condemn the actions of the Delta force and the Invincible forces based on their history of the unprecedented amount of atrocities and heinous crimes they unleashed on Ghanaians from the period of 1979 to 2016. Sometimes we try to avoid raising these topics for the sake of reconciliatory efforts which was started by the Kuffour administration. However the former and its bloody headed unfledged followers should never misconstrue that as a weakness our part. Ghanaians went through the period which could've been likened to the British and the European version of the Dark Ages e.g. for the Ghanaian women. The distinction that could be drawn between the Dark ages and the Ghanaian years of the infamy is not as obvious and time will eventually define the Ghanaian version and the suitable name instead of your assumed name of a revolution. As much the period of 1979 to 1992 is not a long period in retrospect many of the NDC operatives e.g. The Ablakwa's, Kofi Adams, Kwakye Fosu, Ayarigas and the rest of these goons ostensibly didn't see much of it. Hence their continous pontification of their criminal fraternity through preposterous statements. I remember what was then referred to as "Eye han eye Kanea" which simply meant " It's illuminated, it's lights". That means a woman has been stripped naked and been flogged in their private parts, i.e. both the vag!!!na and the her real end, are going through these lashes and sometimes you will see blood oozing out. The sex workers were not spared of these predicaments, the unruly soldiers declared a flat rate for sexual encounter for the controlled price of 50 pesewas".Children will follow them to these women who were spooked to death, yelling '' Ashawo fifty pesewas" and any guy who had the audacity or lust for an encounter will be allowed to bang these women against their will. I was in my teens in Kaneshie Accra, that's where I was schooling so I saw everything. The narrative of these abominable acts in lieu of a revolution in worth reminiscing. Recently Ibrahim Mahama was making some irresponsible declarations that, it was not his fault that he is rich and so on and so forth, but his henchmen who are the very people he sees and revered as his role models perpetuated the acts of flogging old men in their Sixties to seventies for a crime of not paying their taxes for in some instances only few years. They flogged them confiscated their assets and threw them behind bars to rot. Some of them were killed for mere borrowing from the commercial banks and not that they defaulted on their payments. Senior Army officers were just killed to avoid implosion in the military and not by committing any crimes in particular, according Chairman Rawlings own confessions recently. But Ibrahim did not only defaulted on his loan payment but turned around and acquired the said bank for a pittance. What about the Opuni Gates, Sada, Suba, Amerdeal and many more? The NDC have no moral rights to even condemn the actions of the Delta and the Invincible forces because by comparison the latter''s action is a tip of the iceberg.

If those folks thought that just because they trooped to deliver votes for their Political leaders they would be given highly-paid Professional jobs without showing any basic qualifications that they could do the jobs, then they have been sadly misled.

If that wasn't the case, then every illiterate Cocoa-farm laborer or Kayayei or Cattle-herder who wants to leave the rigors of the forest environment for a white-color job in some air-conditioned Office in the City could as well expect that winning votes for the Politicians would guarantee him or her that scholarly job at the Office... even without any formal and professional Training.

To even think that as a possibility exposes how dimwit the person considering that is. Now, it could well be argued that if any Politicians promised these folks to suddenly change their lives in that way, then the Politicians only swindled them.

What is feasible is that the winning Politicians would help the Administration and Parliament suggest and approve of programs that could accelerate job creation over the coming years so that some of these folks in the vigilante groups would be employed.

No one in their right mind should have believed that Teachers, or Nurses, for example, would all be replaced by these hooligans for their assistance to the Politicians to win Power, even as the hooligans lack the requisite knowledge and accreditation to function productively.

Meanwhile, to play a devil's advocate for these youths, we need to hear their full story. They should specifically pinpoint which Politicians in the NPP offered them any such promise, and what the promise precisely stipulated.

If jobs were promised, what kind of jobs were suggested to them?

It is the Delta Force members whose ignorance of our system of government has been exposed.If they have been promised that their colleagues would be freed and they believed that, who is to be blamed?
this shows why it is important for them to have certificates in order to be given jobs.They have to show that they are qualified for the jobs they are given.
Just because they fought for the NPP's victory does not mean they are entitled to jobs that they don't qualify for.
it is this sense of entitlement that made some the NDC officials arrogant and corrupt. Don't go down that line if you want your party to succeed.
Dont also be deceived that you Delta forces will be accepted into the NDC fold. If you join them you will only be cutting your nose to spite your face.You will be the losers.
Spend some of your time studying so you can apply for and obtain jobs without the party's support. Mak yourselves independent thinkers and stop depending on politicians. They will always use you and turn their backs on you when you need them most.
Don't take the law into your own hands. Be law abiding so you dont embarrass yourselves and your party.
It is time for teh Delta forces to focus their energies on farming or other productive activities. A word to the wise.....

The NPP leadership should do a sober reflection on this issue. The person who insisted on placing the security coordinator despite reservations from the delta force should take the blame for all the troubles. This is because information gathering depends largely on these boys who are on the ground and so if they cannot trust this person to to pass critical security information to, are they not obliged to say so. Even if the group resisted the appointment, why did the party not negotiate with them on the quiet to let them unstand why this man is the best choice for government, and why they should cooperate with him. Someone was just trying to show he has power to do what he wished. Some times dialogue instead of the use of force pays. If Ayariga apologised and was allowed to go free, why were these boys not forgiven after they apologised and also agreed to work with the security coordinator. Can we also examine the actions of the judge? Why did she decide to remand them for two week? Looking at their number, the weight of the crime and the fact that this decision will create congestion in the police cells, she could have taken a different decision.

Is it taking over public institutions by your miscreant and hooligan party members that is the rule of law? Or destruction of public property the rule of law? Is the self-acclaimed president akuffo addo's condoning and conniving with this irresponsible and dastardly act the rule of law? Or killing people you have defeated in an election that is the rule of law? Akuffo addo and kennedy agyapong are criminals. Akuffo addo illegally brought foreign terrorists to come and trained npp foot soldiers to do what they are doing now. They thought they would lose the election and cause mayhem but those trained criminals became disappointed and frustrated when President Mahama with his spirit of humility accepted defeat and therefore decided to test the potent of their concealed mischief on innocent Ghanaians to annihilate them. Patapaa akuffo addo should know that Ghanaians have rejected him 3 times because they knew he was voilent and irresponsible man but it's just because of the economic hardship and his consistent plead to Ghanaians to consider him the chance to be president that led to his emergence. Even as it stands now l can tell you that despite Mahama's defeat, Ghanaians still have sympathy for Mahama than you akuffo addo. You are just being put on probation by Ghanaians. Therefore you should know that Ghanaians are going to vote you out to your village now that you, akuffo addo and ken agyapong have started your drug addict behaviour which was the reason why Ghanaians rejected akuffo addo 3 times. In fact it has Confirmed and vindicated Ghanaians for rejecting you 3 times. And for that matter this will reinforce Ghanaians to be resolved to reject you the 4th time to avoid patapaa(akuffo addo) at 88 in the presidency.
