Understand, Blacks worldwide, have been infested with the welfare-minded bug! We don't want to work as a GLOBAL COLLECTIVE to build great wealth within the Black World. We, instead, are always standing on a corner with a 'begging sign' to have others, usually the colorless to fund and babysit us!
There are enough Gh folks living outside of Africa right now to put things in place now where every adult inside of GH should average an income of $25,000 a year...no problem.
But for Blacks to unify worldwide, no way. It's the very reason, only reason Africa fell into past enslavement in the first place.
It is a well know fact, the African immigrants in the US are the WORST folks to discuss and do business with.. independent of formal jobs (W-2 mindset). Why? Because "they can't see the forest, for looking at the trees"! Tribalism, false-nationalism and same church member alliances always stand in the way! ALWAYS!
Back to the railroad, such is how the US moved from a "third world country' into a "first world country". The ability to move people, goods and services across one's country efficiently is the greatest key! One's economy has no place to go but up...drastically.

PS: I could take 12 AWAKE Gh-Americans and place them in an A+ rated, US, home-based business and in each of our 12 month periods, our income each would be over $200,000. Such wold be with only a 25% success rate in home-based business.
Now imagine me bringing 5,000 Gh-Americans home to Ghana, with such PASSIVE INCOME yearly? Can we sit with the GH president and begin the building of an A-grade railroad across all of Ghana??? Black dollars paying for Black uplifting in our Motherland...no problem.
We don't have to beg the US, Brits, French, Russians, Chinese, Arabs or anyone. There are enough Blacks globally to DO-FOR-SELF! The internet makes all too easy. The only problem is the mindset?

We have primary schools in the country where children are sitting on the floors the whole day in a so called learning environment. We desperately need money to do these necessary basic amenities through Ghana. Therefore no politician can screw the these vulnerable children any longer.

The only problem of course is about corruption. Since Russians are corrupt, there are great chances that they corrupt our government in the process.
