  If it was started 2006,why your company stop. You better hand over the operation of the refuse and the cleaning back to the municipal and district assembly's.Since you took over the sanitation and cleaning of the country, the whole country is filthy and smelling bad. You under pay your workers and as such you have to expect them doing what you equally paid them for.
