What about addressing issue that border on conflict of interests? It is not enough to set a three year limit. The criminal practice should stop immediately. The issue should extend to all government owned property.

2. I also saw an earlier statement about purchasing cars during transition, does this mean government officials can purchase cars at any time except during a transition? If so, what purpose does the ban serve?
3. I could have read wrong, but an earlier statement also quoted the president as saying government officials couldn't purchased cars assigned to them. Does that mean officials can purchase cars assigned to other government officials? Does this not encourage "trading" to bypass the ban?
Why can't the government just auction off state vehicles in a transparent manner, determined by willingness and ability to pay? What makes government officials entitled to purchase state cars?

If a govt official defaults in loan payment, govt should pay the dealer AND deduct paid amount from govt official's retirement money.
This means, govt official's retirement money has to be bigger than approved vehicle or other govt guaranteed loans. Also, govt official will be circumspect in the type and price of vehicle to purchase. CUT YOUR COAT ACCORDING TO YOUR SIZE.

When NANA ADDO'S administration took over from Mahama government which happenes to the most corrupt government ghana has ever experienced, where was a lot speculation that state cars ???? were missing, these aligations promoted the New administration to form task force to retrieve those stolen cars at the expense of mother Ghana. New most of these missing cars have been retrieved by the task force from people who were affiliated to the corrupt Mahama's administration, but yet not a single person has been arranged before the court of law in Ghana.
