It is the duty of a government to make sure that the citizens of a nation have: Roof over their heads, clothes to wear and food to eat and it is done by creating environment for jobs. Where the government has failed and we have irresponsible fathers who make women pregnant and refuse to be fathers, then the Youth become targets of the rich in society to manipulate and misuse.
What has the police done? Does it send the youth to any hostel? No, there is no state intervention so all that will happen is that they will end up in the same spot. They are looking for food and shelter not arrest. Go and arrest those behind their miserable plight, useless fathers and the greedy selfish Ghanaian politician.
