Appearances, they say can be deceptive. Ever since NPP came to power this man, JOY, has been making pronouncement very much unlike him. Is it an attempt to gain certain favors from government? Well, at least he has shown he is not a man of any worth. How can anyone support such despicable act as that exhibited by the delta force? Is he aware of the consequences of such action on the whole nation and even posterity? If there was something more severe than remand the judge should have slapped them with it.

Some of the judges perfom their duties on what a section of the public say on a particular case just to apease them either from the oppsition side or a few individuals, may be right or wrong. My analysis qualifies the case in point which has back fired against the trial judge mrs Justice Nsenkyire.In this case,she should have used her own dsicretion or experience coupled with the rule of law to adjudicate her final judgement in such cases like this.I hope that, a better decision on this matter would be found to reach a suitable solution to bring peace to the realms of the NPP and the general public.
