Let me give you a typical eample, in NHIA most of the directors, deputies, snr managers, and scheme managers are either northerners or ewes. All these position were given to their favorates on tribal and political lines. About 90% of the total staff are Northerner, Ewes and Gas who were employed during the last 8 yrs of NDC adminisration. They did it such that all the staff at the administration and HR are Ewes with few northerners such that a vital positions went to their country men. Fellow Akans in NDC wake up and let go in for somebody from W/R, E/R, GAR, B/R or A/R.
