  Perhaps, he is talking about padded votes that were entered at the blind side of the EC, a conversation of which was fully recorded and played on some Radio Stations in the country. NDC wake up next time!!!

  That is the one main reason why it will be difficult for them to come back to power.In the past they always manipulated the electoral figures to win,but with the proposed mass registration for ID cards for elections,it will be very difficult if not impossible to cook the figures.I hope Kwesi Botchwey will have the guts to factor this into their end report on why the lost miserably.
