  In a nation like Ghana people are more used to being lawless than being law abiding citizens. The Police Officers are no exemption. Before the nation can taste the fruits of a progressive state every citizen, the governors and the governed, must all be law abiding.Police Officers must desist from the notoriety for taking bribes and if they do the citizens must report them to the appropriate authority. Take pictures of your cedi notes with your cell phones and report such unscrupulous bribe taking Police Officers to the Press and the appropriate authority for action. On the other hand if you are pulled over and found to be disregarding the law in any way the Police must issue a ticket that should be settled in court. No more no less.
