  THE THRUST OF THE GOVT, AGENDA WAS SPELT OUT CLEARLY , AND FOUNDATION STARTED TO BE BUILT VERY FAST , IT COULD HAVE BEEN THE BEST 100 DAYS FOR A LONG WHILE IF NOT FOR THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, OF THE DELTA FORCE AND THE FACT THAT THE GUYS HAVE GOOD REASONS FOR MISBEHAVING, AS THEY APPEARED TO HEVE BEEN DUPED!!
