You secretly issue a 15 year 2.5 billion dollars sovereign bond to your cronies and surrogates at an unprecedented whopping 19.5% rate just to halt the speedy decline of the cedi, and you have the effontry to boost about it. Saddling the country with a 19.5% rate is much more damaging than just slowing down the decline of the cedi. Even with this, it is not sustainable because we cannot keep going to borrow to support the cedi. Bawumia must be made to understand that Ghanaians are not that stupid fir him to always try to insult our intelligence. Perhaps, he should address his tantrums to the NPP sycophantic lunatics parading as intellectuals, economic analysts and supporters who have decided to offload their brains and think with their backsides anytime he throws out those garbages. The NPP can continue applauding themselves, but the truth and realities on the ground will dictate the thinking of the majority right-thinking Ghanaians. Time will surely tell.
