  The failure of the security agencies to play a non partisan role in the body politics in Africa has resulted in the springing up of vigilante groups all over the continent.They allow themselves to be used by any ruling party to do their dirty works.This situation breeds retaliation when the opposition takes over because this is the only time they can revenge.The way our security forces and judiciary follow the orders and wishes of politicians is worrying and creating this unfortunate situation.

  With your kind of lawyering Ghana may just get a chance to release all prisoners afterall, Samuel Darko Appiah.
  If the right of association can safeguard terror or normalize any uncivilized acts thereof then why would life, liberty and pursuit of happiness not be grounds for the poor not to ensure their rights by stealing and killing if they must to have food to eat and roof over their heads? If vigilante groups can logically be seen as recruiting sources for security services after they take the laws of the land into their hands through use of terror tactics to achieve their goals why would our prisons not be ripe for recruiting security experts and lecturers on criminal justice, home invasion and property security experts?
