Red Tape and refusal to serve customers unless bribe money is paid, is causing people to take d laws in their own hands, to circumvent paying bribes. Now we have people injured and killed.
Very unfortunate. If it true that it was illegal work then I will not cry for them. The illegal connections is too much. It may serve as a deterrent to others
You see,there are no laws in ghana,no legal ways of doing things,why should people take the laws in their hands and do things in bending ways,that contractor must be arrested and prosecuted.
