Npp is an evil institution. If this program was instituted and completed by October 2016, how was Bawumia claiming credit for it. One thing that everyone should know is that cleaning the public payroll is not an easy task and the former administration did a good job in identifying the loopholes in the system and prescribed solutions for it. There is no way Npp could be in power for hundred days and be able to take even ten names from the payroll without any prior undertakings by the predecessor. So if you want to take credit for the good things you inherited why blame someone for the challenges. Nkurasefuo

So,let's all help the government protect our monies that go waste. I know dozens of people who don't do any work but they collect salaries every month.
