While the bullet to the head caused the attendant's death, it was the lack of or inadequate health care he received that eventually lead to his demise. It was unfortunate that the hospitals in Navrongo and Bolga couldn't treat his head wond and he had to be transported to Tamale where he eventually died. He would have lived had he received adequate medical assistance from the first hospital he was transported to in Navrongo. The state will charge the the fuel station boss with murder. But the country should be held accountable for this man's death, due its inability to maintain and provide a working heatlthcare system for its citizen.
