  If 9 people were electrocuted it means all 9 died. Electrocution means death via receiving a lethal dose of electric volt. This is a very common mistake by journalists.

  They are not electrician. But ordinary young men who knows nothing about a electrical. he contracted them to plant those concrete poles in between the high tension.
