  fine them. the more they commit irresposnisible mistakes. the higher the fine. if they do this 3 times. u demote them to div 1...and promote rewarding refs from other div to premier and vice versa....results =money

  Some of these Referees do not have any business officiating Premier League matches.They are at that position because of the intense tribalism and nepotistic culture that has killed or frustrated the careers of Referees and applicants with an Akan names.This is the only reason why for decades most of the referees were either Ewes,Ga and Northerners.This must stop and opportunities opened to all Ghanaians based on qualification and performance.
