You have a Debt of $ 3.2 billion with an interest rate of 24.5% per year and five years to pay the principal.
You take another loan with a 19.5 % interest per year and 10 year payment for the principal to replace the original loan. What is the positive cash flow relieve you get from the this second transaction ?
By this new transaction you have saved $160 million in interest (5%) payments per year. Then instead of paying $640 million per year to amortize the loan in five years you now will pay $320 million per year to amortize the loan. Note you still have the original loan amount. But you have erased cash flow relieve.
You NDC folks are so stupid you can't see a good move when it is shown to you in neon lights.As interest rates come down our Debt stock can be renegotiated to safe us a lot of money in interest payments and better amortisation of the Debt principal amounts.

That said, Mahama was the president in our history who inherited money than all the president we have had and it was him who misappropriated or, simply put misused money than all our leaders combined. He is callous and irresponsible. Mahama should be tried for causing financial loss to the state and if found guilty, he should be hanged.

The fundamental rule is to keep your money within your racial group.

We the Jews
