There is also no provishing for rain water to run into rivers or the sea so we should not be surprise about the constant flooding that takes place every year . This is not Rocket science. We should start using our brains a bit in actively finding solutions to our problems as a people.

As blacks we don't understand morden infrastructure developments,we don't ve good drainage system,we don't ve good roads,rain washes sand into our drains,plastic was everywhere,kiosk & containers springing up everywhere,no proper lay down plans for railways within the city,our beaches re dirty everything goes into it.We failed right from onset on land acquisitions,even now families and Chiefs draw layouts for approval and change it on the ground or sites to make more plots rather than what has been approved.Right in the middle of accra we still ve mud houses,we could've established and enter agreements with estate companies to negotiate and put up high rise building and allocate some to the original owners and rent or sell the rest,we only talk we re not doers.The white people see us and laugh all the time,no matter how rich you re how nice your house and car is,you ll still meet the poor man or visit a relative at a dirty area,your beautiful car steps in the mud or hit a pothole always so re you wise?i weep for mother Ghana always,floods ll kill us always.
