  The management did want to commit themselves hence the verbal instruction. I believe they would have stood somewhere and denied should any issues come up...
  I think the regional and national should back this innocent professional to seek redress at the law court..

  The association comment is inconsistent in one breath they are call for justice for have nots n sanctions against facilities that charges patients n but failed to call for same justice for facilities whose this bills have been unpaid for months..what does the laws says about reimbursement of this claims.are the health insurance authority upholding the laws the work under?then how can the crack the whip if it goes against them..let me ask the GABMLS one question.. Was your member providing his own reagents n other logistics for his operations or was taken it from hospital mgt.as association which is embodied in ghs you do thorough appraisal n some inhouse dialogue before you expose yourself.... Don't defend your people ignorantly
