The EOCO is becoming a tool of government and that I am afraid removes the credibility they deserve under public administration practices or the judiciary. If the government took him, Ibrahim Mahama, to court because of the bounce check scheme then his charges and prosecution should stem from and concentrated on those charges; how he got his contracts may be brought to some other court by the Nana Akufo-Addo administration if they, the administration, can find a law that covers cronyism or nepotism in Ghana. Better yet the NPP should look for any uncompleted contract work by Ibrahim Mahama for which he has been completely paid for the full contract amount.
