If reading a budget and making promises are what this idiot of a lecturer calls foundation, the we are doomed. Does this man know that the budget depends on whether or not thr expected revenues will be realized? Most at times less that half of the projected releases are made because the estimated revenues are not realized. These NPP surrogates parading as academics, lecturers, political or economic analysts are nothing but empty-headed sycophantic bootlickers who are unashamed to throw reasoning to the dogs in order to please their masters. By their fruits shall we know them, and surely the Nana Addo NPP era is exposing them to us.
