Considering the prudent economic foundation the NPP has started to put in place by reducing taxes, tackling the Banks policy rates and the lmplementation of the One District One Factory policy to curb the menace of employment in Ghana. The free High School program the National Health Insurance Scheme and many more programs to ease the suffering and hardship that the criminal Mahama administration unleashed on Ghanaians.   This Dr Asibey man is one of the reasons why Ghana will remain underdeveloped for a long time. What type of PhD holder is this? And these are the types of characters that are lecturing, sorry, poisoning our children. What foundation has been laid, and how? If reading a budget and making promises are what this idiot of a lecturer calls foundation, the we are doomed. Does this man know that the budget depends on whether or not thr expected revenues will be realized? Most at times less that half of the projected releases are made because the estimated revenues are not realized. These NPP surrogates parading as academics, lecturers, political or economic analysts are nothing but empty-headed sycophantic bootlickers who are unashamed to throw reasoning to the dogs in order to please their masters. By their fruits shall we know them, and surely the Nana Addo NPP era is exposing them to us. Yes, Dr Asibey, Casely Hayford, Kweku Baako, Dr Amoako Baah, Mr Emile Short and the rest of them can say what they like, but we shall never be fooled by them like they would wish because we are not that gullible like they think.
