  Why do these inhabitants keep using the wrong type of building/roofing which cannot withstand these storms if they're a yearly phenomenon? Please, when are we going to take charge of our environment instead of always succumbing to the rigors of the weather?? Wake up and be proactive my fellow countrymen!
