My college aquatic Centre or varsity dorm pools have lifeguards at all times that the pools are open. The family should sue legon. Fact is,most Ghanaians are too careless with their lives.I can tell you that,more than half of the deaths in Ghana is preventable.
Instead of society looking for solutions,we are always blaming something for all these mishaps,it is either juju,witches or spiritual as if human beings live forever.
Until we learn to take of our own lives, seriously and stop taking unnecessary risk,desist from careless driving,try to live healthy,do regular exercise,that is more movements and believe in ourselves,I am afraid these preventable deaths will follow us.

I cannot believe it that a whole university of *talking professors* cannot prevent this almost annual ritual of deaths. Maybe a hefty lawsuit will prod the administrators to employ a lifeguard. Empty academic pomposity.

It saddens my heart to read such comments from highly educated people that Nana Addo aimed to is killing students. We are learned and should show maturity in our comments. How can you say thing's you have no prove of evidence. We should distance ourselves from low and non educators in our comments for we are future leaders and it will bounce back to us
My sympathy to all victims' family.
Secondly, we should trace the causes either spiritual or common mistakes and document them for further reading to take precautions
