Please be real-Wanting to do is not equivalent to doing it. I the finance world it is known that you can use long term debt to lengthen the debt profile so NDC mentioning it a debt strategy does not equate to doing it.

Long term and short term loans or bonds are all over the world, is it NDC that introduced it to the whole world. Just stop that unnecessary opposition attitude and do something better that would benefit the NATION.
