  The VRA officials should be punished because had power not changed hands, ghana would have been owed this colossal amount and yet when the average ghanaian goes and hussle and bring a car and they cannot foot their import bill, their property is auctioned off. Its crazy and Ibrahim should be punished. That is why he went to Israel to bring the Israeli computer experts to manipulate the numbers during the just ended 2016 elections. Its very sad that after his soo called been rich in Ghana, some of these rich folks like Ibrahim have to steal, bounce checks to make their soo called filthy money. He should be jailed period.
