  YESTERDAY, IT WAS THE SELLING OF ELECTRICITY COOPERATION THAT ONLY DESTRIBUTES POWER AND TODAY, ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO DESTROY THE ALREADY BROKEN ENERGY SECTOR IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  MEMBERS OF THE CPP, WHY ALLOW THESE SONS,DAUGHTERS AND GRANDCHILDREN OF THE ANTAGONISTS AND ANTI- ELEMENTS WHO WERE AGAINST GHANA ATTAINING INDEPENDENCE TO DESTROY THE NATION.

  Why sell the family silver for a pittance?
  
  We have invested heavily in the thermal plants to produce energy and meet our energy needs in the medium and long term. Selling them off to private producers may provide a bit of money to defray debts in the power sector. However, it smacks of short-term thinking - what do we do to secure energy in the medium and long term?
  
  The private producers charge dollars for selling electricity to ECG. By contrast, ECG sells to the consumer in cedis at prices fixed by PURC. The price mechanism is thus heavily skewed in favour of the private producers and against ECG and VRA, which has resulted in the huge debts of these state organisations. If this arrangement continues, it will only compound the financial problems of the power sector.
  
  The sheer recklessness of the NPP novices in power is breathtaking!!
  
  The energy market must be allowed to operate efficiently. All transactions must be conducted in cedis, there must be transparency, and prudent management of the energy production and distribution companies. this is the best way to ensure that we have reliable and affordable energy in our country, which is vital for economic development.

Not even to Ghanaians by foreigners. I it has CM to the time when we have to pray any that mk bad dies. Fools u don't know what the Bible said, don't decrease the boundary of ur forefathers.
