The amount represents duty for goods he cleared at the Tema Port with 44 dud cheques in 2015, plus interest.

I totally support you. Students in SHS (which are public) in the 3 Northern regions still do not pay for boarding and lodging. That is why sometimes they opened late because Mahama did not make such payments on time. They however recently were charged for library, sports, PTA, computer and lab fees. Let all students in SHS enjoy free education too if it means people have to pay special taxes for it.

Every day, people continue to amaze me with their thinking. Daily Guide (DG) has reported in above article that some South Africans (SA) have arrived in the country with "sophisticated equipment" to destroy the free SHS.

My questions are as follows: Are they going to forcibly prevent students from going to school or destroy the school buildings or forcibly prevent the govt from implementing the scheme? Will anyone need "sophisticated equipment" to conduct studies/research as to whether people like the scheme?

Another analysis is that if the free SHS is successful, President Mahama will not be able to win the 2020 election. Are elections won on only one achievement?

Why will a newspaper as DG degrade itself with such analysis? Was the publisher drunk to allow such illogical reasoning to appear in his paper? If this has come from someone who is retarded, I will accept it but NOT fro a paper like DG.
