  Ignorance is no excuse, you have been given grace period to do that and if you cannot honor that then am sorry. Ghana has to move past all these leakages. The nonsense has to stop and the minister is 100% right.

  The minister is right. Ghanaians must learn to be disciplined. Without that we cannot accelerate our development. Learn it.!

Do you think you will just walk to SSNIT office and by the time you are leaving then they give you your card?
