THE WOMAN IS RIGHT.I HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS MAN ONCE A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN HE WAS NOT THE IGP. THE POLICE WERE TRYING TO STEAL OUR PASSPORTS.HE STEPPED IN AND RETRIEVED THEM FOR US WITHOUT DEMANDING ANY MONEY IN RETURN.
