  Let's be innovative the embassies abroad should fish out which of their host countries can take and arrange a deal. Maybe 5yr working visa etc and help find them jobs if we can't employ them

  You see the wisdom in what Prez Mhahama was doing. Cancelling the allowance and rather using the savings made to build more hospitals to secure your jobs yet these nurses wouldn't listen thinking Akuffo Addo has something better. Now it turnns out Mhama HAD better POLICIES for nurses. Imagine the allowance which was to cater for students for only three years as against a permanent job that would last a life time because more hospitals had been built yet these students chose the allowance, so like Esau they sold their birth right for a morsel of food.they should brace themselves up for the real difficult days ahead as this government is going to revoke the bonded areement. Should that happen when they are not employed they will have no one to blame if government fails to employ them. Next time you will ask what type of change if NPP comes shouting 'Change, Change !'

  Any journalist should go to some of our hospitals and clinics, and they will see REAL LAZINESS by some nurses working there. Their attitude DOES NOT inspire confidence. They don't seem to care about the job, so my take is, these new nurses are full of fire to work. Fire the lazy ones and place these keen new nurses to work. We need efficient nurses!
