  The Chinese nationals and their Ghanaian counterparts have not only violated the laws of the land but also caused numerous damages to the nations environment which will in the end affect the economy all of them should be made pay for the damages after their sentence no Ghanaian citizen can violate laws in China so they are not of different before the laws of Ghana.

  Putting them in jail will bring too much diplomatic pressure on the government from China,to release their citizens.
  Let them pay for the damage they have caused the environment,then deport them to China, case closed.

  We are not going to allow the Chinese to destroy our laws and enviroment.If they break the law,they will be held accountable for their crimes.To my knowledge,the only foreign nationals who are allowed to serve their prison time in their own country are the Britons.And that is because of the special understanding and relationship we have with them.We are trying very hard to develop a mutually benificial relationship with the Chinese government but we will not let them walk over us.
